As CEO of SAI, Patrick Stoup directs a Gaithersburg, Maryland-based management and business consulting company that provides public and private sector clients with assistance in such areas as process improvement, policy development, administration, and technology transformation. He authorizes budget plans, evaluates monthly financial reports, and formulates SAI’s strategic objectives. Under his direction, SAI introduced From Chaos to Clarity, a continuous improvement program designed for small to medium-size businesses. In 2015, Patrick Stoup led SAI to win two new prime contracts with performance periods of five years.
Between 1997 and 2014, Patrick Stoup served as president of SAI and oversaw all business functions, from employee relations to accounting. He managed the transition of the company from the private to the public sector in 2001 and played a key role in securing SAI’s first prime contract in 2004. Prior to joining SAI, Mr. Stoup handled business growth for Customer Service Solutions, a consumer loyalty programs provider for the hospitality and airline industries.
Responsible for SAI’s charitable initiatives, Patrick Stoup has facilitated the company’s financial contributions to organizations that focus on aiding underserved families, veterans, and children with medical conditions. Among the numerous beneficiaries he and SAI have helped support are the Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health, DC Central Kitchen, Lifeline of Baltimore, and the Fisher House Foundation.
